Good Knife,
I don’t remember when I bought this knife. I know it was a long time ago and I just never did a review about it. It’s a good knife. I’ve always fidgeted with the flipping mechanism. There’s a notch by the orange bar near the hinge that you can press down on and it just flips the knife right out I have no idea if that’s why it’s there or if that’s it’s purpose but It’s my favorite part about it. Over the time I’ve had the blade it’s never once broken on me and I’ve put it through some stuff so it’s pretty sturdy. The only problem I had with it when it came to sturdiness is the clip. It bent out of shape at one point, and I had to unscrew it from the knife and bend it back into place. You can absolutely tell how old the blade is in the photo, black paint scraped off of the metal all over it. I really love this knife. (And if you can tell, there’s a difference between the symbol in the middle of my blade to the picture in the Amazon thing, I covered it in superglue at some point, I have no idea why.)

Exceeded my expectations - this is now my every day carry knife!
This pocket knife is GREAT! I purchased it in lieu of an auto emergency tool. I wanted a pocket knife that also had the seat belt cutter and widow breaking point. First, the blade - The spring loaded blade works better than I expected. It is very easy to open the blade with one finger pulling down on the small tab on the back of the blade. With just a little pressure (but not too little) the blade will automatically open and lock in place. It has worked flawlessly every time. Also, I read a review where there was a slight bit of concern about the spring lock. I have not noticed ANY play in the blade nor anything less than full engagement of the spring lock. I've held it with different types of grips to see if it disengages. It hasn't moved unless I am really trying to cause it to happen (which isn't an actual circumstance test). Auto Rescue Function - The razor blade opening is small enough that I can't cut my pinky finger with it (and I have small hands). That is not an issue. The glass breaking tip was the feature I was most impressed with because of the grip. First, if you hold the knife as though you were to hammer a car window, the angle of the end of the knife fits perfectly into the angle of my thumb. Secondly, where my index finger rests on the blade, it is angled outward. This means that as force is applied to the knife in a hammering motion, the parts that support my strongest two digits (thumb and index finger) are made in a way to provide the maximum force to the window breaking tip. This is probably the best $8 I've spent. I am ordering one of these for each of my friends and cars. For me, this is now my every day carry knife.

Best EDC knife I've ever had takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
By far the best EDC(every day carry) knife I've ever owned. Don't let the price fool you this thing is tough takes a beating and it's so cheap when you lose it paying another five to seven bucks for another one doesn't even matter doesn't even phase you. I've lost one when I went to do a football stadiums have to toss it bought another one $5.75. Had to run across the job site lost in the grass didn't matter seven bucks that time. It's a really sturdy knife late comes pretty Sharp does nice pocket clip I've been in a few times then tit right back into place seatbelt cutter in the window breaker nice haven't had to use those yet but I imagine that works just fine for seatbelt cutter Cuts other things I'm sure I'll go right through seat belt if need be. For this knife I never had a knife with either a seatbelt cutter or a window breaker but now after seeing it and thinking about car accidents and what can happen have a great piece of Mind everyday I put this in my pocket. Don't let the price or where it's made for you this is a good knife to carry on you everyday. I use it for cutting all kinds of things bring it home sharpener once a week good as gold the next day.

Inexpensive beater knife to keep in the glove box for $10? Can't go wrong.
I just received my Tac-Force in the mail and this is my out of the box review. 1) Some customers complained that their knife was not centered out of the box, but mine was dead on center which kind of surprised me. 2) The assisted opening using the index finger flipper worked good but I could feel a little stiffness, which I'm sure will loosen up the more I use it. Using the thumb for opening was very stiff and pretty hard to open. In fact even with the assisted opening, the blade wouldn't open fully using the thumb stud. But not a big deal for me because I like using the index finger to open with. I'll probably just remove the thumb studs. 3) The blade wasn't sharp at all compared to what I'm used to. I like scary sharp knives myself. I stropped it for a few minutes with no compound and it was a little better, but still not as sharp as I like it. 4) Because of the seat belt cutter, the belt clip is placed where it's tip down. I like my blade tip up in the ;pocket. And because of the seat belt cutter, there is no way to move the belt clip into another position. 5) For me, the grip fits perfectly into my hand. The jimping for the thumb and index finger is also perfectly placed for my hand and feels comfortable overall. 6) There is a little heft to the knife but nothing that it would feel uncomfortable in the pocket. Like I said, this is an out of the box review and I haven't had a chance to put it to use yet. Hopefully I'll never be in a situation where I have to use the seat belt cutter or glass breaker, but it's nice to have on there just in case. Overall, for a less than $10 knife, I am very impressed with the knife. I might actually buy another one to give to my son and maybe even an extra for me just to have. So when giving my rating, it's for the overall value and quality of this knife. $10? You can't go wrong. But then again, only time will tell how good the knife endures.

Good everyday knife
Quality and efficient for the price point. When it comes to knives the levels and quality can vary based on many factors. if you do your research and know what you are looking for this knife is what it says it is. its a perfect carry/work knife for everyday type use, boxes, labels, shrink wrap cutting etc... i would not use as a self defense knife nor a camping knife as its not meant for heavy duty type use. As a pocket knife and everyday use knife i would definitely recommend.

Beware, not all the knives they ship have effective locking mechanisms
It saddens me that I can’t give this knife five stars bc I do really like this knife. It’s blade is sharp, the seat belt cutter is effective, it springs open fluidly and closes easily, and I appreciate the goss breaker (though I have not tried it out.) However, the sturdiness and even existance of the locking mechanism is not guaranteed. I bought this knife about a year ago and quite liked it. The only small qualm I had was that the piece of metal used to secure the locking of the knife was rather thin and a bit wiggly. However, it did its job and did not degress over time as I’d feared.I figured the reviews saying that the mechanism was ineffective, were just hyperbole. I liked the blade so much I decided to get another one so I could leave one in my glovebox and carry the other one. The second one, at first Glance, seemed just as good as the first but when I examined it more closely I realized that it had arrived without any locking mechanism whatsoever. I don’t know if it broke off or was somehow accidentally not added but it made the blade part of the knife pretty much unusable, as applying any real pressure to the blade caused it to begin to close. If I had not noticed this issue and I’d trusted the seller, I would have sliced my hand with a new, very sharp, and rather long blade. I do not think this was an anomaly given the sizable amount of reviews detailing similiar issues. I am a little shocked that these knives are still being sold given that, the varying efficacy and existance of their locking mechanism implies that they are not being properly examined before sale, which is both negligent of the seller and dangerous for the buyer. My first knife proves that it is possible for them to create knives with safe locking mechanisms but it seems that the process by which the locking mechanisms are created and installed, is erratic and without any sort of oversight to garantee an equal application of safe mechanisms. Furthermore, the seller is not checking to make sure the locking mechanism on each knife they sell, is as safe, and sturdy as they advertise/ as necessary to prevent the risk of their customers suffering related injuries knives. If you do buy this knife, it is essential that you first check the locking mechanism. If it is not up to par, I urge you to send it back with a note about the issue and to write a review so that the seller and potential buyers are aware of the issue. That said, if the locking mechanism On the knife you revive is one of the ones that does check out, it’ll be one of the best valued and most practical knives you own!

Not perfect, but a good everyday knife. Very satisfied.
I’ve come to love this knife over time. I use it everyday for opening boxes at the office, and opening other miscellaneous things throughout the day. It’s the size and ease of use that make it a winner. It fits comfortably in my back pocket so I always have it handy. The spring has just enough tension when new, and loosens up somewhat with use, but never too much. With practice, I learned to open and close this easily with one hand. Even better, the orange and black with EMT logo makes it appear less intimidating than the wood or camo variety that I also purchased. I question the efficacy of the glass breaker and seatbelt cutter in an emergency, but those features make it a more convincing safety tool to those intimitadated by utility knives. Aside from the five extras I keep around the house and my car, I’m on my third one of these, with one lost and another broken. Yes, the spring will break with months of heavy use, but the knives are cheap enough to replace. These make great, practical gifts. Good product, great value.
