First the upper black front handle (that secures the tan upper bin to the lower chassis) pops off/breaks and eventually the bins start to crack. If you baby it by lifting it with two hands instead of the main top handle it will last longer. I can't find a box other than this so I keep on buying them. They last about a year or two. For $30 bucks it is worth it.
