Instead of having to lay out hundreds of bucks for a replacement Back-Ups, ordered replacement battery, which arrived quickly. It took me about 5 total minutes to open the battery compartment, unplug the old battery and slide in and plug in the replacement. Perfect fit, and immediately worked like new. Because of "dirty" local power I use an APC Back-Ups on each computer to prevent power fluctuation damage to drives and office network.
