I'll definitely make them again. They have to soak for 12 hours so I got up at 5 in the morning and poured boiling water on them so I could cook them with supper. Takes a good 30 minutes to cook too. The soda tablets are included which was nice. I thought they were bland on my first taste but after I added sugar, salt and butter it really brought them to life. I have a new friend in the UK and she says she only buys canned mushy peas.
