This was a perfect replacement for our 10+ year old shower head. We tired a cheap replacement without luck. This one is much higher priced but the water flow and size are perfect!

We had to replace our Handgrohe handheld when the gasket failed and it started leaking. This felt like an entire shower upgrade. My wife no longer uses the overhead spout, she loves this. It is durable, easy to install, and the rain feature is elegant! Great size for the holder, slightly bigger than our last one.Good weight, not too bulky or flimsy.

The Hansgrohe Raindance shower head is wonderful! It has multiple spray patters and provides a strong stream of water.

This is absolutely the very best handheld shower head I have ever used! Installation was easy after I connected it to the pre-existing metal Grohe hose. However, I would like to mention that "Rufus" from Amazon recommended that the new Hans Grohe showerhead should be connected to a Hans Grohe hose (my entire shower fixtures are by Grohe, that's why the inquiry). So, I connected the new head to the new hose, but was unable to fit the top of the hose into the wallbar slider! Wrong fittings! Fortunately my new wonderful new shower head fit perfectly onto the old hose. The spray features are excellent, as is the water pressure! Good purchase, and I would definitely recommend the Raindance shower head!

I bought this shower head as a replacement for a 2.5gpm Hansgrohe raindance shower head that I’d had for over 7 years. My previous one finally failed from a crack in the plastic. Similar to my previous one, this one is also made of plastic. The feel of it doesn’t really match the price point. I’d be happier to spend at most maybe 80 for this. The old version of this shower head, I had to rotate the head to access the different flows… it only had 2, rain and whirl. This shower head toggles the different sprays by pressing a button. It’s kinda nice to be able to toggle quickly and easily, but it does feel like this might be an earlier point of failure… only time will tell. This shower head has powder rain in addition to rain and whirl. My kids love the powder rain, I think they like how it falls like a delicate mist. It feels nice and I’m glad to have the setting, but rain is my favorite for efficiency of rinsing my hair. Compared to the old version of this shower head, the pressure with the rain setting isn’t as powerful. I noticed a mesh filter at the intake of the shower head that might be causing the pressure drop… I may pry that out and see if it improves the water pressure. I will update if I do. For now, it is adequate, but I liked the flow rate from old version a lot better. This feels noticeably lower and it takes me longer to rinse off. One final note, ladies you need this for the whirl setting. Overall, decent shower head. The price could be a bit lower for the quality and performance.

This is wonderful if you like a soft shower. I don’t. Removing the water flow restrictor was not enough. I bought a Couradric shower head for $16 and it’s perfect, especially without the restrictor.

It’s been 3-months since we received the two Hansgrohe Raindance Select S Low Flow 5-inch handheld shower heads as replacements for two 10-year-older Hansgrohe Raindance handheld shower heads. Overall, the household likes this new fixture. • Push button for switching between spray settings: Everyone likes this new push button vs the old lever switch. The push button is much easier to use. • Water conservation: We are pleasantly surprised by the feel of the 1.75 gallons per minute (GPM) sprays. The household agrees that the water pressure in the sprays is good. Our old handheld shower heads were 2.5 GPM. We were not allowed to reorder in our State due to new water conservation laws. • Rain: Good pressure for overall washing • PowderRain: This soft spray is great for in the shower facial care routines. • Whirl: The focused spray of the whirl setting will not give you a shoulder massage, but it is good at directing the flow at areas that need extra water for cleaning. Longevity The jury is still out on the lifespan of the Hansgrohe Raindance shower heads. We ordered/purchased the original two Hansgrohe Raindance shower heads June 02, 2012 from Pacific Sales (no longer in business) for a two-bathroom remodel which used all Hansgrohe/Axor fixtures. Let’s assume the shower heads were installed by our contractors by January 2013. This means the two shower heads only lasted 10-years prior to falling apart. I decided to replace with Hansgrohe fixtures because the original hoses were still good and I knew the new shower heads would fit. 1. Hansgrohe E 100 Air 3-Jet handheld shower head: The shower head is made of plastic. The photo shows the plastic chrome-skin cracking/breaking apart. The lever control broke allowing only 1-jet spray choice. 2. Hansgrohe S 150 Air 3-Jet shower head: The photo shows the stem cracking and water shooting out which reached across the room. Hansgrohe Warranty I reached out to Hansgrohe customer service regarding the old shower heads deterioration. I received no response. I went forward with my purchase because I needed to get the bathrooms operational again.

I was vacationing in April and one of the Air B&B homes we stayed in had these shower heads installed. I came home and bought one right away for my own bath! LOVE it and so does the wife! I know it is expensive, BUT it is so worth it! Pamper yourself, you are so worth it! I wish I had found out about the Hansgrohe Raindance shower head years ago!!!

Quick delivery, easy to replace. Works as expected but not sure how long it will last. It’s plastic.
