How do you know what size to order)

hey, i recentley went for the medium sized paddle (red) and it's a think for most swimmers thats a good starting point, if you're not sure what paddle to choose. The red paddle is about 21cm in length (top to bottom) and 19cm in width if that helps.

A new way of training

I absolutely love these, but be warned if you’re used to paddles that are just the width of your hand you will need to work on your upper body strength to pull them through the water. It took some practice and getting used to. What I’m glad I bought them.

Good paddles for training however I am still partial to the previous catalyst model which now seems impossible to find and probably out of production. Bendy and flexy they are a good item to buy for any swimmer as they are also light
