However, if it's 4-sided, you will be disappointed. **Q: Is it self centering?** A: This is a scroll chuck and as suck is a centering chuck. If the Chuck is not centering the jaws are in the wrong slots. They are numbered and you line the numbers up. **Q: would this fit in a drill chuck?** A: No. It will not fit in a drill chuck. It uses a taper that will not allow a drill chuck to tighten on it safely. **Q: What is the largest size piece you can fit in the chuck?** A: Pen blanks maybe a little larger. This chuck is smaller than you would think.
