These thong sandals are extremely comfortable and I've never had an issue with the straps pinching or rubbing uncomfortably.I spend a lot of time camping and kayaking and these sandals totally fit my outdoorsy summer lifestyle. They're a sandal that you can get wet, and your foot won't slip and slide around on the footbed...they're fairly grippy. The strapping is thin enough that when they get wet, they dry fairly quickly.They're cute enough to wear with jeans, capris, or shorts, but totally functional and have decent support.I will say that that the footbed is foam-type material, so they compress substantially after a season's worth of wear and kind of mold to the shape of your foot. (Kind of a good and bad thing.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ a bit 'floppier' than I would like *by M***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2015* I JUST received these and so far they are comfortable and very cute. However, they seem to be a little loose. I am afraid that the next size down would be too small, I am usually a size 8, sometimes a size 8 1/2 or even a 7 1/2 but never a size 7. I wish these would be offered in half sizes! I know they are flip flops but these are just a little more 'floppy' than I would have liked.
