About what I expected
You don't get Hollywood quality on Bollywood budgets (at least all the time) but this is a decently made piece. The knobs are NOT lift-adjustable, but this is also one of the last places on my rig I really expect to run into fit problems that require that much finesse. It seems well built, the foam is VERY firm-I would add some padding on my own for longer filming days.

Pretty good
I have this and it's nice that it can be used two ways. On top of shoulder and up against chest. It's made well. Took off one star because I wish the padding was a bit more comfortable. It's a bit stiff.
