High Quality! - Easy and Durable
I did my homework on these things. I really didn't want a cheap one that would only last a week and then get thrown away. I also didn't want to pay more than $150 so this one seemed to be the perfect fit. I like everything about this kit - the boundary markers are very smart with easy indicators/adjusters to go from volleyball to badminton court. Same with the poles, it's very easy to setup for either court by just adding or taking away a middle section and adjusting your guy wires. I love that the poles don't have to be inserted into the ground. They just sit flat and are held up by the tension of the net and the guy wires, which are really thick, long and sturdy. The nylon rope is also thick and sturdy. The net is very high quality and seems quite durable. The rackets and shuttlecocks are also above average. I did read several reviews where the racket handle tape comes off easily so we just left the clear plastic wrap around the handles and it feels fine for play and seems to be holding up. I like that it also came with a hand pump for the volleyball. We haven't used it for that yet, just badminton but I like the versatility of having both options easily available, and having everything you need in a nice zipper bag with a handle. The colors are bright and vibrant, not the most incognito thing to throw up in the backyard, but it looks professional and not cheap so I don't think its as much of an eyesore as the cheaper black and white ones that bend and fall apart after a week in the elements. We have taken ours down once to mow and set it back up quite easily. As others have said, getting the net to pull tight and not sag is a slight challenge so best to have 2 people for that final part of the setup. The border lines will fade in the sun from orange to yellow. I bought some white field spray paint to mark the corners to make setup easier for next time. You could theoretically spray the whole boundary and do away with the markers if you'd like. They do create a slight trip hazard during play, and make it harder to mow, and add to the "eye-sore" by creating bright orange lines in your yard. All in all, this set is a real winner and should last us several summers in the backyard.

Very high quality
We have used this product numerous times since we got it. I am really astonished with the quality. This is not the flimsy set you buy at Wal-mart that is going to end up in the garbage at the end of the family get-together. It should last you for years. This comes with a thick nylon bag with a durable zipper which should last the life of the set. The net is made of thick nylon cord, not plastic or cotton, seemingly professional grade. The top and bottom tapes on the net are a rubberized plastic that are well stitched on. On the ends of the net are two sleeves of the same stuff for the poles to go through. There is also a tension line that runs through the top of the net so that you can tighten it up and have a nice tight net in the end. I haven't measured the length of the net, but the manufacturer website says its "regulation" length. For badminton that's 20 feet for doubles match (17' for singles) and it's 32 feet for volleyball. I measured this net at 30'6" on maximum stretch. The one downside is that it isn't adjustable in width, at all. So, you better have room. The poles are about 2 1/2" in diameter, painted black and come in three sections. They snap securely together with a button-fitting (not sure what the technical term is) similarly found on old vacuum cleaner tubing or tent poles. The poles are very rigid and sturdy--flagpole quality. There is a plastic cap on the top along with a 1/4" eye-bolt for the securing lines and tension line. The feet of the poles are durable plastic with a blunt spike on the bottom so they don't slip around. For each pole there is a nylon rope that is already set-up that hooks on the eye-bolt at the top to and secures with attach metal stakes into the ground. Idiot proof, really. To my surprise, there is a nice nylon ribbon/belt square with durable metal stakes at each corner (grommetted) to mark the boundaries of the court. I assume it is regulation size. It's pretty big. I don't know the dimensions, but you can easily tie it shorter to make your own size court, or not use it all. We didn't use it the first few times, but the quarrels about the boundaries became too comical. The volleyball is excellent quality and comes with a pump to inflate it. The badminton rackets are nicer than what I expected. There's four of those. There are four shuttlecocks for badminton--two plastic ones and two tournament style (feathers and wood; never seen those before). Overall, I'm very impressed and don't hesitate to highly recommend this set. Well worth the few extra dollars. Enjoy. There are more pictures on the manufacturer's web-site. Here's what the manufacturer says about it: Includes: (1) Premium high quality water resistant volleyball (1) Regulation sized polyethylene lifetime quality net (4) High quality tournament grade aluminum racquets (1) Visible and easy to use webbing boundary line (2) White powder coated regulation height posts (2) Sets of double braided polyethylene rope with heavy duty adjusters (4) Nylon stakes--"they must have changed this because all of my stakes are metal and high quality" (2) Tournament grade goose feather shuttlecocks (2) Nylon practice shuttlecocks Ball Pump Weather'resistant durable carry bag featuring 1000 Denier nylon material with YKK zipper Complete set of volleyball and badminton rules

Finally found a solution to flimsy badminton nets that frustrate and fall apart.
We have been through many badminton sets over the years, some better than others but all had limitations. We had a family party at the end of June and wanted to set up a badminton court to give the adults and older grandchildren something both to watch and to do. I set out to buy one of the mid priced ones I was used to but after reading the reviews describing all the same frustrations I looked at the more expensive ones to see if there could be a substantial difference. Reviewers expressed satisfaction with this set, highlighting the differences between this and the cheap ubiquitous sets. It seemed well worth the $20-$40 difference in price. My husband was delighted with the system, how stable it was and how easy to set up. The racquets were of good quality, badminton racquets are not long lasting but these are decent if cared for properly. The system of brightly colored tapes to lay out the court is practical. This is easily worth twice the price of the standard flimsy sets and was an excellent purchase.

Great set! Regulation, Stable, but sort of not durable. Great fun and can't beat the price!
Can't beat the price. I'm going to start with the negatives of the set fit, but I gave it 4 stars still because there are lots of positives as well. Negatives: Really wish that it was more durable though. The metal stakes and tension hooks easily bend when put into the ground. The top of the net where it's white and says Baden (where the tension is) ripped after 6-7 times. The ball also popped after 3 uses. The way the poles are set up could have been way better. The buttons that you push down to attach the poles together are located under the net on the set up, so you would have to scrunch the net up to put together/undo the set. If they made the button a couple inches down, then the set-up would be way easier and it would make changing the volleyball to badminton court WAY FASTER. The spring button that puts the poles together is also not really attached to the pole in any way other than by friction, so it can easily fall out and be lost, so be cautious of that. Once it falls out, the whole set-up would be unstable and pretty much useless. There is also no way of setting this up at the beach. The stakes aren't long enough to keep the court taught (but if anyone else knows a way, I would be very happy to know). Positives: This set provided my friends and I lots of great fun over the summer. We all chipped in to buy it, so it made the price even better. When set up and put together, the court is very stable. A lot of sets just come with a rope for the boundary lines (that would always get tangled), so I really appreciate that this set comes with more of a band than rope, and it also comes with something that yo can wrap the band around so it won't get tangled! It also has a mark in the middle of the band so that you can set up the court evenly. I thought that was very helpful. It's also regulation size. All in all, I thought that the set was a lot more stable, not durable, than I thought. Wish I can get some replacements for the parts. The biggest thing for me is just the button placement on the pole. I don't like how they can easily fall out and that it is located under the net. Semi-easy set-up (definitely need at least 3) but doable with 2. But I do recommend this to people that would want to play volleyball/badminton at the park with their friends and family if they are on a budget.

This thing is great. I bought a $20 badminton set a few years back and really got into playing over the vid lockdowns. After fixing the snapped poles multiple times we decided it was time to get something a little more serious. I searched best badminton nets and this one came up repeatedly. This thing is sturdy! A little shorter than I assumed it would be but hey regulation size is regulation size. It doesn’t actually stab into the ground so no more snapped poles. Each section of the 6 poles (only use 4 for badminton) is about as long as a metal baseball bat but much heavier. This thing really is amazing quality. It came with the same birdys we were already using (didn’t make the connection just bought them a few yard back based on Amazon reviews). The rackets aren’t much different than the ones that came with my old net but they have a leather rap on the handle and feel a little more balanced. (I have never come in contact with any other badminton rackets) People have said in the reviews about them snapping but these are badminton rackets not cricket paddles they should not be coming in contact with anything but birdy that way a few grams. (I understand it may be kids breaking them in the reviews but for anyone a little older that is semi serious about the game they will be perfect) I am going to take it down in the winter when it snows but just because it’s the right thing to do. In western PA I have to worry about my nets blowing away but the ropes holding this thing down look like I could use them to climb the mountains we live on. I don’t write many reviews but I can’t recommend this net enough. Baden really made this thing right. If I have to buy a second one at some point I will buy this one again.

I’m very pleased with the quality!
This is a fantastic set! I purchased it to do PE for homeschooling and teach my kids badminton and volleyball. I was hesitant to order a net because I was afraid it was going to be cheap and fall apart quickly. This net is a great quality. It’s easy to assemble & take down. I initially planned to keep it up for a while, but after seeing how easy it is to take up & down, we usually just put it up and then take it down the same day. I think in doing so it will last a really long time. It’s easy to adjust the height of the net & the accessories that it comes with are a good quality. I debated between going with this one and a more affordable one, and I’m really glad I spent a little extra. It was worth it for the quality. My neighbors have a badminton net up, and the quality is nowhere near the quality of this one. It’s a great set!

Easy enough to set up by yourself.
Everything is good quality and after bumbling through the first set up I can now set the whole thing up by myself in 10 minutes and the kids have a blast.

When you just wanna have fun!
We bought this so our family can play with it in our spacious backyard. Parts seem durable. When we play we sure do have hours and hours of fun. It seems to weigh enough to not fall apart. Everything is stable and stays in place.

Durable & easy to assemble.
Have been looking for a good quality volleyball set in Australia for some time, and unless you pay $600 plus, this is the best set you can find. Although the ball pump didn’t last the day I wasn’t worried about that! The rest of the set has been extremely durable so far! The poles are sturdy steel, which I think is the most important part! Kids loved it, and was quick to set up.

Easy to use and great fun
Had this express delivered for the start of the school holidays and it was well worth it! My kids have spent many happy hours playing in the garden with it and so have their parents! Easy to put up and take down - my 11 year old twins can do it . Bought a camping mallet which makes hammering in the pegs easy and less likely to be damaged. When not in use folds up and can be stored in the carrying case with the racquets, shuttlecocks , volleyball etc so everything is in one place. The carrying case makes it easy to take it with you to the park/ beach / holiday etc.

Easy set up, great quality and such a good purchase for use during covid. Our whole family (us and our 3 kids) have been out using it daily. Great family activity to get out in the fresh air.

High quality Badminton Net
Before this set I had purchased the Outbound set from Canadian tire, in which like all the other reviews the peg that goes into the bottom pole and Into the ground snapped, thus exchanged it for another then decided not to open and just get a refund on it (kudos for cdn tire for their refund policy). This set is of a much higher quality (also costs much more tho). The poles are thicker, and do not require you to put all these parts into the pole like the Outbound set, it’s good to go out of the bag. The instructions are only like 12 small steps, you look at the paper and think that’s it? It really is that simple. I was able to set this up by myself (even tho the instruction says for someone to hold the pole while the other does the pegs into the ground). I opened and set it up just for testing purposes, took under 10min to put up (by myself). The net is a really good quality, and the metal pegs are easily attached with a simple hook to the top of the net. Just make sure to have mallet around it does not come with one of course (or use a hand sized log lingering around). I’ve seen many reviews about the grip coming off the racquets so I took one out, CAFEFULLY took off the plastic, and smashed the birdy around hard with swinging the thing around like a lightsaber for a good 5min straight and the grip was still fine, the grip is thin tho I can tell it won’t last too long so I had already purchased some nice grips off amazon like 5 for $15. The birdy hits fine that comes with the set seemed not much different then the pack I buy for normal play. I haven’t tried the volleyball yet (already had a good one) but I’ll update this review later on how it lasts Overall, if you are looking for a high quality badminton/volleyball net this is where it’s at, yes it’s more pricey than the others but you are paying for a quality net that’s easy to set up. I’m going to assume for the grips that people left them out in the sun and the plastic + grip tape stuck together so that when they opened it and came off with it taking away it’s already small life span.
