Great product! I noticed skin tightening after first use and my skin has never been better. It’s smooth and even although my skin tone hasn’t evened out, but that may be because I’m very fair. DO NOT use it over active spots. I learned the hard way that it caused spots to spread like wild fire. But they cleared up really quick and I’m back to using it every 6-8 weeks or so. It’s also been great on my chest and collar bones and there was a bit of texture there and it’s not practically evened out. Great product. I will be buying the longer needles for the rest of my body!!

This is my first use of anything like this so wasn't sure what to expect. Came in very nice packaging, looked really professional and hygienic. Very simple and clear instructions. Wasnt painful, after its a strange almost bearing sensation. The serum is very soothing and I use it between days when I dont use the roller. Have now ordered a longer needle length. But all in all very happy, just waiting to see if it makes a difference to my skin.

The product is great on my skin, however instead of micro derma roller I received a jade face roller.

This is fantastic. I have been using this for 2 weeks now, and my skin feels amazing. I use it twice a week, and my skin looks so healthy and my scars look less pronounced. The vitamin C hylauronic face serum is great too, made my skin super soft and looking bright. So easy to use. Comes with a nice plastic case to keep it clean and safe. Highly reccomend.

I cannot believe what the serum does after use with roller!!! Not so noticable first time usage..but if you use the serum night and day in between roller sessions wow just wow...it tightens the skin more than any product ive ever used!@@ I will order this again and again just for the serum xx I absolutely recommend it xx p.s b4 and after pics 1 week apart xx pictures dont do it justice xx

Word of advice, if you don't have alcohol to sterilise, don't think you can just boil it. You can't. Mine got distorted by the heat and wouldn't roll at all. It was perfectly fine before i boiled it. Another ordered. I tested on the back of my hand first. Was totally as expected. Review just to let people know that it doesn't tolerate sterilisation via boiling.

Bought it through a froends recommendation. Its too early to comment if any benefts from the product however the who unit is amazing no faults and the serum really hydrates the skin
