A group of friends planned the perfect vacation in the Caribbean, but when they head ashore to explore a remote island, their ultimate bachelor weekend devolves into their worst nightmare. Movie Franchise

A REALLY SICK VERSION
Hopefully, this is the final installment of the "Cabin Fever" series. It is a mish mash of plague, conspiracy theory, red herrings, and gore. It has no substance and no rationale. The twist at the end is twisted. After two previous movies bearing the title "Cabin Fever" in them, using that title on this DVD is merely a trap for the consumer. Now, after the first two, we have "Patient Zero"!? Really? The only one who probably benefitted from this film is Sean Astin who most likely got paid more than anyone else for the recognizability of his name. After watching this DVD, I thought I might have caught something. That's the way it made me feel. Warning: Don't stand in the line of fire when someone is about to hurl.

Suis un peu déçu du 3 même si c'est vrai qu'il bouge et pire que les deux premier ce qui me dérange c'est qu'il suis pas du tous les deux autres premier comme avec le 1 le 2 suivez vraiment autrement rien a dire

terzo capitolo della mitica saga cabin fever con il virus mangiacarne trasmesso stavolta dall unico portatore sano (paziente zero)....sano lui ma altamente contagioso per gli altri.....non svelo niente ma dico solo che qua di sangue e carne sciolta se ne vede in abbondanza......unica pecca il film è in inglese,purtroppo in Italia non è passato manco in versione dvd.....ma per chi mastica pochino l inglese e si vuole divertire con effetti splatter notevoli qui trova pane per i suoi denti.....non do 5 stelle solo per il fatto che è un grosso peccato non averlo importato in Italia.

Good prequel to the serie
Another good horrific movie. We finally see what started that terrible and incredibly infectious skin disease. Like the other two movies it's graphic and gore, be aware!

Gory film
Gory horror film, one of the better films I have seen. If you have a sensitive stomach then this might not be the film for you as there is a lot of blood/gore throughout. If you love all things gory then this is the ideal film for you to try, you will not be disappointed.

Génial.
Super film. On ne s'ennui pas. Une bonne suite offrant une excellente trilogie à ce film. Je l'ai même trouvé mieux que l'épisode deux.
