Does the product come with a battery or is there one inside the unit itself?

It has a rechargeable battery-just like a cellphone. Comes with USB charging cable-when I first got it I wasn’t sure how to plug into device but one of the reviews I read helped by saying “You just have to push really hard to get thru the silicone layer”

Is this item returnable?

Refundable, but not returnable. Various reasons, I’m assuming. It’s not worth the money.

Mine stopped working in three months. How do I get a new one under the warranty?

How do you replace the battery?

You have to take the cover off of the handle, remove the 2 screws then open. The battery is there, rechargeable so you’ll need to find another that fits it before you remove the others. Once you Do, put the new rechargeable batteries back in the same way you took them out, connect the plug back in and Viola!
