Excellent, easier to install than online made it seem. My mom’s iPad wouldn’t even work without being plugged in but now holds a full charge. For the money is worth It since Apple charges more than the iPad 2 is now worth.

Just received this yesterday and installed it today. You would think they wold include an instruction sheet on how to do this. I had to look up instructions online at ifixit.com. Thankfully I could figure it out. Works on day one but can't judge battery life yet.

Appeared good but after two days it would not hold a charge!I returned the bad battery and received a replacement in two days. The new battery functions fine. I gave it four stars because I had to do it twice, but the service was exceptional!

It’s exactly what I needed.

This took care of a very old iPad battery that wad beyond is lifespan. Replace with a screen replacement. Recommend doing it this easy due to having to remove the glass.

Avoid. Damaged my iPad in the process. Literally gave up and threw my iPad in the garbage. Absolute waste of time. Take yours to a store and let them do it. I'm an engineer, followed instructions and still damaged it.

The battery fits perfectly fine. It holds a charge much better than a worn out battery. The tools it comes are okay but it might worth it to invest in higher quality tools. The adhesive is not the best but seems to hold up okay. The biggest issue is the instructions that came with it. The instructions are not very clear and come in very small print. I recommend searching for videos or going to ifixit.com for detailed instructions.
