EnerWear 4 Pack Women's Merino Wool Outdoor Hiking Trail Crew Sock

I really wanted to give these a 5 star review. They are my favorite socks to wear most of the year with the exception of summer. They keep my feet warm without making them sweaty, are soft and cozy, and fit well in most shoes without being too bulky. My only complaint is that even when caring for them properly (turning them inside out, washing on gentle, and air drying) they seem to get holes after just a few months. I do use them heavily, but they wear out faster than other socks. I will keep buying them around winter every year, because I still feel they are worth it.

I've bought about 20 pairs of these socks over the years. My sock drawer was full of them. Sadly my favorite color (a neutral medium mottled grey) is no longer made. I hope they bring them back!

I am here too buy more of these, I bought 8 pairs in 2019, and 6 of them are still great. 1 was lost to a chewing puppy & 1 the heels wore out from rubbing on my boots. But overall, amazing quality socks for the price, they keep my feet warm and don’t trap moisture.

Wish the color was vibrant like the photo. I like bold, fun socks. I wear a Size 9.5 Wide shoe, and these socks were a bit too long for me if I put my heel where it is supposed to be in the sock. I have large calves, and these tended to slip down throughout the day. Fairly warm, but probably would be warmer if the fit was right. Soft, non-itchy material. Overall, certainly not the worse sock I have ever own, but could be improved. By the way, these were packaged well in a cardboard box with minimal plastic waste (thin plastic ring to hold each pair of socks together. .

I have ordered this brand of socks 3 different times and they are awesome; very soft, holds shape, machine wash/dry with no issue/pilling, warm but don't make my feet hot, and fairly thick but not bulky. Hopefully they keep making the colors I like! The first set was ordered, 3+ years ago and were my preferred go-to all year round socks and worn A LOT, finally started to wear thru on the bottom of the heels so had to be thrown out. Hoping the newest 2 sets, ordered recently, hold up just as well.

I like these socks a lot. I only wish they were longer, more like a knee sock. But otherwise I have no complaints...very nice and well made socks.

I had to search quite a bit to find these genuine wool socks, beware of dubious sellers who claim their products are wool only to find it's 15% of the makeup. These are GREAT! I took them to burning man - they wicked away the sweat and protected my feet in harsh desert climates. I wear them all the time now, they're warm but not sweaty, retain their elasticity and shape. Very happy with my purchase, $$ is worth it, just wish they had cooler designs.

Gave as a Christmas present. I've been told the wool socks are extremely warm. May make an order for myself.

I like everything about these socks, especially the price! I got 4 pairs for pretty much the same price I'd pay for one pair of "Icebreaker or Smartwool socks" at my local bike shop. I cycle in the winter and spend a lot of time outside and needed a pair of good socks that would wick moisture away from my feet and these do EXACTLY that. They can be worn multiple days in a row and never smell, AND they hold up really well in the washing machine and dryer. A must buy if you spend a lot of time outside!
