Large Pearl Tapioca
It is extremely difficult to find large pearl tapioca in the stores. I decided to take a chance with purchasing this product. The cost was a little high, but the texture and taste when used in a pudding was great. If you want a good large pearl tapioca, purchase this one.

I would have returned this tapioca but didn't try it in the 30 day window.
This tapioca fell apart and did not keep it's round shape. I'm so disappointed. My tapioca is a mess and does not have plump tapioca pearls in it. To me, this product's quality is poor.

Nice size -big :)
My husband lovers the BIG pearls and they donโt have to soak nearly as long as the traditional size bought in the grocery store.

This has a niche!
I was a little worried about using this after seeing previous reviews, but I found its niche. You could never use for bubble tea, BUT it makes a respectable crock pot tapioca pudding. I soaked one cup of it in water just enough to cover it for 2 hours. (It absorbed it all) I put that into a crockpot with 1 -1/4 cups sugar and 8 cups 2% milk and cooked on high for 3-1/2 hours. I then beat 4 eggs and a tablespoon of vanilla and tempered it with the tapioca mixture, mixed it in, and cooked for another 45 minutes. Pretty darn good! True that most of the big pearls don't keep their shape, but lumpy enough!

Poor quality
Pearls completely fell apart after soaked and cooked. More starch than pearl

RIPOFF : DREADFUL "PRODUCT".
DUTIFULLY SOAKED the 'SAGO/TAPIOCA' for two hours - it TURNED INTO MUSH! AN absolute ripoff - DISGUSTING.
