Parts that don’t fit together
The box arrived with parts that don’t fit together. The screw holes on the long horizontal bar are about four inches too wide to fit the rest of the frame. There are also no screw holes (as per diagram in box) to connect the two parts of the long bar together. Looks like pieces from two completely different sets of equipment. Very disappointed and will be returning.

Very Disappointed Boy
Our son received this from Santa for Christmas. Unfortunately, we just assembled and found that it won't fit on any doorway in our home. online says up to 38" wide, but all the literature in the box says 30".Will be requesting a return......

Will be better off with wall mounted units
The product finish is good but the screw holes are a little offset and fitting it is a real task. It is sturdy but I realized it is not suitable for Indian door frames. Thinking of creating an extra frame on the doorway to make it fit so that I can use it again. For now it is lying idle.
