Review: BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT - STARTED OUT GOOD BUT THE THERMOSTAT DOES NOT STAY CONSISTENT SO THE TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATES. IT DID NOT COME WITH AN EMERGENCY HEAT COIL AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT IT I WAS HUNG UP ON ONCE AND LEFT ON HOLD FOR SUCH A LONG TIME I HUNG UP.
Review: Easy to install & does the job. - This unit works great. I finished out a 16’x40’ barn for my wife’s new doggy daycare business. I fabricated the supply & return plenums and ran two runs of ductwork with three vents. This unit may have been a little undersized for the dimensions of the barn. However, as well insulated as the building is, it kept it cozy & warm in the winter and has done well this summer. My only two complaints are that there should be basic plenums available for purchase and the thermostat could stand to either be of better quality, or replaceable with another model.

**Q: Does this concealed duct also come with the line set you need? And also does the outdoor condenser power the concealed duct air handler like on tradit**
A: The unit comes standard with a 16 foot line set and enough refrigerant in the compressor to cover up to a 25 foot line set. Line sets longer than 16 foot are an add-on option for a little more money.

**Q: How long is the pre-charged line set?**
A: The line set is not pre-charged. After connection it is necessary to pull a vacuum on the line set. There is enough refrigerant in the compressor to cover up to a 25 foot line set.

**Q: Does the outdoor condenser power the air handler like regular mini splits**
A: Yes

**Q: What are the options to replace with a more up to date thermostat?**
A: According to the manufacturer, none. I’m going to do some research and see if I can find a solution though.

This unit works great. I finished out a 16’x40’ barn for my wife’s new doggy daycare business. I fabricated the supply & return plenums and ran two runs of ductwork with three vents. This unit may have been a little undersized for the dimensions of the barn. However, as well insulated as the building is, it kept it cozy & warm in the winter and has done well this summer. My only two complaints are that there should be basic plenums available for purchase and the thermostat could stand to either be of better quality, or replaceable with another model.

BE AWARE! If you are purchasing a unit with 454B refrigerant and you need to extend the line set it is not currently available on the market. No one has any supply. (June 2025). Find something else. Have purchased a couple of the older units with 410A, but this one is now 454B. Had to use a longer line set, but now can't find any of the 454B Contact Senville support and they of course played dumb. Like, contact a distributor. No kidding. But they don't have any available. SO now stuck with a useless unit until I can locate more refrigerant.
