It works well. Review: Rounded handles feel better. Plastic wall protectors are a great bonus! - We bought new modern interior doors that have very rectangular features, so we wanted a square-shaped door handle to compliment the design. After looking at several different door handles of this type, I chose Berlin for their rounded handle design and for their reported quality. Many of the square shaped handles out there have very sharp edges which don’t feel good in your hand. These handles offer a slightly rounded edge to soften that up. This is important especially if you have kids. The quality, fit, and finish is great. Each handle also includes a white plastic wall protector that comes with double sided tape adhesive. They’re unnoticeable on white walls and can probably be painted. They’re sturdy too, so kids who fling doors open won’t send the handle punching through your drywall. All in all we’re extremely happy with these door handles. Well worth the price. ## Features - Designed to complement modern contemporary style interior and exterior doors for commercial and residential applications and features hidden screws installation. - Heavy duty high grade door lever handle Includes a reversible handle that makes it perfect for fitting left or right handed doors. - Uniquely crafted low profile square shaped door lever Privacy Set With 2 3/8 inch- 2 3/4 inch adjustable backset latch and square corner striker. - Comes with unique Push-button lock interior knob that may be opened by an exterior emergency pin key included, All screws get covered with rose plate, matt black color. - Durable & Portable Iron Black Finish handle, Lock auto disengages and automatically unlock when the lever is turned from the inside, Door handle fits all standard size doors 1-3/8-Inch-1-3/4-Inch. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07KWDRFKY | | Additional Features | Adjustable | | Best Sellers Rank | #74,127 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #189 in Door Levers | | Brand | Berlin Modisch | | Brand Name | Berlin Modisch | | Color | Iron Black Finish | | Customer Package Type | Flat Free Package (FFP) | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 498 Reviews | | Exterior Finish | Iron | | Finish Types | Powder Coated | | Hand Orientation | universal | | Handle Attachment Mechanism | Hidden Screws | | Handle Material | Iron | | Handle Type | Knob, Lever | | Included Components | Knob, Screw | | Item Depth | Not Specified | | Item Dimensions L x W | 8"L x 1"W | | Item Weight | 2.4 pounds | | Lock Type | Push Button Lock | | Manufacturer | Berlin Modisch | | Material | Iron | | Material Type | Iron | | Metal Type | Iron | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 8"L x 1"W | | Shape | Square | | Specific Uses For Product | Bathroom, Bedroom | | Style | Privacy [Lock with no key required] | | Style Name | Privacy [Lock with no key required] | | Theme | Modern | | UPC | 686912506047 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Berlin Modisch - **Color:** Iron Black Finish - **Material:** Iron - **Product Dimensions:** 8"L x 1"W - **Style:** Privacy [Lock with no key required] ## Images ![Berlin Modisch Privacy Lever Door Handle Slim Square Easy to Open Locking Lever Set [for Bedroom or Bathroom] Reversible for Right & Left Sided Doors Heavy Duty - Iron Black Finish - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+zIe-TAuL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ New doorlock handle *by E***S on May 15, 2026* This doorlock handle has been a great replacement. Not only do they look beautiful but they quality is great. We were so impressed we returned our other other ones (that cost 4x more) and purchased handles for the rest of the interior and exterior doors. I even looked to see if they made kitchen pulls! Unfortunately they don’t, but if they did I would buy them from Berlin Modisch. Even our GC commented on the quality and could not believe the price. Very easy to install and you can feel the quality in the weight of the product. Very happy 😃 ## Frequently Bought Together - Berlin Modisch Privacy Lever Door Handle Slim Square Easy to Open Locking Lever Set [for Bedroom or Bathroom] Reversible for Right & Left Sided Doors Heavy Duty - Iron Black Finish - Berlin Modisch HandleSet Front Door Entry Handle and Deadbolt Lock Set Slim Square Single Cylinder Deadbolt and Lever Reversible for Right & Left Sided Doors Heavy Duty – Iron Black Finish --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/109943205-berlin-modisch-privacy-lever-door-handle-slim-square-easy-to](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/109943205-berlin-modisch-privacy-lever-door-handle-slim-square-easy-to) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
