**Q: what's the difference between this and the pizzeria one?**
A: To be honest I don’t know. But  I do use this for my Pizzas and they turn out perfectly.

**Q: What do you need to add to the flooer**
A: For making pizza or bread it is the same for me. 500 gr flour, 2 table spoons olive oil, 3 teas spoons sea salt, 3 tea spoons dried yeast, 240ml water.

Marvellous flour. That's the creation I managed to get with it! Will try different flours because this one is pretty dear for a kg but will consider to come back whether I won't obtain the same sort or result. It was lovely lovely pizza. Ps. Top tip coming from South of Italy. Spread your crust with a little tomato blended with water to give it a good taste and avoid having it too bland. Enjoy! 😁
