Easy to set, read and well worth the investment.
This clock works very well and is accurate and measures the temperature exactly. The display is easy to read and set up was easy. Well worth the money. It even predicts weather after a 14-day learning curve.

I loved it so much, I bought two. No plugins, big screen, works great.
I bought the first one because I was thoroughly done with the "modern" trend of weather stations. You know the ones they require a dedicated AC wall adapter, feature blinding color screens that look like a neon signs in your living room, and try to connect to your Wi-Fi just to tell you it's raining outside. No thanks. The AcuRite 75077A3M is a refreshing return to absolute sanity. No plugins required. It runs strictly on honest, dependable battery power, meaning I can place it exactly where I want it without hunting for an outlet or dangling an ugly cord down the wall. The large, monochromatic display is a masterclass in readability. I can glance across the room and instantly see the data without squinting or putting on reading glasses. It’s clean, it’s sharp, and it doesn't look like a tablet stuck to my wall. It works great, pairs effortlessly with the atomic clock signal, and the self-learning forecast has been incredibly dialed-in for my specific microclimate. I loved the simplicity and reliability of the first one so much that I immediately bought a second one for the grandmas house. If you appreciate durable, straightforward hardware that just does its job without the extra tech bloat, this is the one to get.

Mostly good, clock is bizarre
This is a nice unit, the right size for me as I can read it from across the room. The temps seem to be pretty accurate. I have another indoor-outdoor unit and they are always within a degree of one another. I find the display harder to read at a slight angle than other devices with similar displays. I do wish it was back lit as it easily washes out when it’s bright in the room. The puzzling thing is the clock. I set it manually and it seems to keep good time. Some days later I’ll find both the time and the date are wildly off - the last time it was two years off on the date and 10 hours off on the time. The time zone and dls are set correctly. It’s as though it connects to the time service in Colorado and updates to completely wrong values.this has happened multiple times. Very annoying. Update: at the suggestion of the company response here, I messaged the support group at Acurite. Since it’s been a few months over a year (purchased June. 2021), they declined to help and said we have no suggestions other than to buy a new one. And I was told there’s no way to turn off the updating. Disappointing. Update. As someone suggested in the Q&A section, when the clock gets off I put it in a north window and over the course of a few hours, it does reset to the correct time and date. Seems odd that the signal from Colorado can’t make it another 20’ across my house must be a weak signal

Weather Station Tells Time and the Day and Date.
This weather station arrived quickly and in good condition. It would have seemed to make more sense to place the plastic air bag below the weather station box (when the label is facing up), but it arrived fine just the same. I really wanted a device for the outdoor and indoor temperture as wel as the day and date and indoor temperture which this unit does very well. With so much screen space the information could have been designed a bit larger, but this works fine for my needs. This unit also "predicts" the upcoming weather with various graphics (rain, sun, snow, etc.). Similar models in the stores cost $20 more, when they had something in stock that was similar. I researched this unit a fair amount both in person and online. This unit uses black letter/numbers against a gray background and is powered by AA batteries ONLY. There is no power adaptor to plug in. I hang mine on the wall but there is a swing out stand available on the back of the unit to display on a table. The buttons on the back are easy to access without opening the back of the unit. The buttons are NOT recessed like my previous unit from another manufacturer. (Why make the buttons hard to press everytime you have to replace the batteries?) These setup buttons are both raised and nice and wide for a finger, and are easy to press. Four buttons adjust the settings, up, down and Temp F/C. This review is for the AcuRite Model 75077A3. I would buy again.

Easy reading
Holds up over time. I had very similar product that lasted five years till I lost the sensor. I bought a colored monitor and it was much harder to read. I am really only interested in knowing the highs and lows and this does a great job of showing that in large font so I can easily check before going outside. Having the date right next to this also helps me start the day knowing the date.

Stay away - Consistently inacurate and no current humidity reading
1. I bought this item along with additional outdoor sensor. No matter what sensor I used with it, the outdoor temperature reading was different from indoor when the sensor and the station were placed next to each other and left for hours. With sensor(s) placed outdoor, the temperature difference, compare to verified thermometers, became way off. Since with either sensor the outdoor temperature readings were the same, albeit incorrect, it is hard to say whether the sensors have a systemic problem, or the station interprets the signal incorrectly. 2. The station doesn't show the current humidity, only min and max humidity from 12am to the current time of the day. Unless you want to collect daily humidity ranges for statistical analysis, the station is basically useless for checking current humidity which, I believe, is more important. Similar stations from other company have a button that allows to switch between current reading and ranges. Also, even the day ranges, both indoor and outdoor, are not accurate at all. 3. When setting the current date, the initial year is 2016. I don't know when this unit was actually made, but to me it indicates that the model is 10 years old. 4. I have an older AcuRite station that shows current indoor/outdoor temp and humidity and uses the same model of outdoor sensor as this one. I tried to connect my old station to the new sensors, and with either sensor the humidity reading was 1%. Obviously the new sensor is incompatible though the website description states otherwise.

I gave it three stars because the product is a great idea and almost worked out for me
Although I'm returning the Acurite 75077 Wireless Weather Forecaster, I gave it three stars because the product is a great idea and almost worked out for me. I'm taking the trouble to write a review because I had two problems with it that might be a concern for some people. 1. Both the indoor and outdoor temperatures read 2 degrees higher than the two Acurite thermometers I own. The good news is that it seemed to be pretty consistent. I checked it 20 times over five days. I got a couple of readings that were 1.5 and one degree high but all the rest were a solid two degrees. If there were a way to calibrate the device this problem might have been acceptable. 2. This device is very hard to read. The photo shown in the Amazon listing is accurate IF you position the device in exactly the right position in relation to a light source and your eyes. Unfortunately, that is very hard to do. For instance, I found it impossible to put it ANYWHERE on my rather huge desk/workstation area where I could read it. And no matter where I put it I could not simply turn and look at it to read the time or temp or date. I had to get up and grab it and twist and turn it to read it clearly. For me, this was the deal killer. Other than that it seems to work as described.

Excelente relación producto-precio.
Soy fan de la marca. Adquirí este producto ya que el anterior falló después de 12 años. Hasta hoy todo bien, solo un día de uso, muy legible el display y el pronóstico de lluvia fue acertado.

Does what it’s designed for.
I’ve had this Brand of weather station previously. They are a quality product, It seems to forecast the weather fairly accurately, comparing it to an outside thermometer I have. The Atomic clock though, doesn’t work here in Australia, but keeps accurate time. I would certainly recommend this weather station for it’s price point.

An excellent piece of kit.
The AcuRite 75077A3M Self-Learning Forecast Wireless Weather Station has a high quality feel and looks very attractive. It was easy to set up and on comparing it with other thermometers it is very accurate for both outdoor and indoor temperatures. It wasn’t possible to set it to the UK atomic clock, but it does still keep time very accurately. It would have been helpful to be able to adjust the brightness of the display as I find it a little dim but I probably myself prefer very bright displays. I can’t really fault this Weather Station, it’s excellent all round.
