I am very happy with my Hamilton Beach Elite Blender. It is powerful, easy to use, and does a great job blending smoothies, shakes, sauces, and other ingredients. The blades are strong and blend everything smoothly without leaving large chunks behind. I also like how easy it is to clean. The jar is a good size for making drinks for the whole family, and the different speed settings make it simple to get the consistency I want. This blender has been very nice. I bought it because it fits small mouthed mason jars and I would never want to go back to a blender that doesn't. However, you do have to add a lot of liquid to the mix or it won't blend. After 3 years of steady use, the gasket on the blade cracked, but I was able to buy another blade and gasket for $11. It's not the most powerful blender in the world, but it's cheap, effective, and the fact that it fits mason jars is just wonderful.

Love this blender! Number one, affordable! Very, very attractive. Doesn’t take up much space in my cabinet. And number three, it works really good.! we use it for milkshakes. at the present. That is all we have used it for so far! But I am very happy with this purchase. and it looks good on my counter if I leave it out!

Unbelievably Amazing & Powerful!!!! I was not expecting this blender to be as powerful and wide as it is for the price point that it was sold at. I have had expensive blenders that can’t even compare to this one. It came packaged very well. I immediately washed it and used it. It has a special pouring spout that helps you not waste anything that you are pouring out. It crushes, grinds, purées and even has a milk shake option. Because of its width it blends multiple things much better and faster than narrow blenders. I made an awesome smoothie this morning in less than a minute. I love this blender and highly recommend it!!!!!

I'm gonna let the image speak for itself, because frankly, I don't think either of us has the emotional capacity for a full investigation. The outside box was completely undamaged. This is how the product was PACKED and shipped to me. The box survived. My faith in this blender did not. I bought a NEW blender. It was advertised as new. This blender had clearly lived a life. Possibly several. Possibly a difficult one. Either way, was not my business as I obviously bought a NEW blender so -- I sent 'er back. UPDATE: October 15 I got a replacement! IT WAS ALSO USED. At this point, I would simply appreciate it if the seller labeled these products AS USED instead of making me participate in some kind of involuntary refurbished appliance subscription service. Anyway, I'm sick today, so naturally I decided this was the perfect time to test my emotional resilience with this blender. After thoroughly cleaning it, I decided to make a Just Egg dupe. For those unfamiliar, Just Egg is an egg substitute, and since I'm allergic to eggs, I thought I'd give the homemade version a shot. The recipe calls for such delightful ingredients as turmeric and black salt, which smells like sulfur and gives the mixture that lovely eggy flavor. So, naturally, I put everything in my brand-new-to-me-but-apparently-pre-owned blender and hit the button. Have you ever wanted to sob uncontrollably while questioning whether you'll ever see your security deposit again? Then BOY, do I have the blender for you! Do you dream of turning your kitchen into a crime scene where the evidence is bright yellow and smells like Satan's breakfast? Do you want sulfur-scented egg sludge splattered across your dishwasher, floor, walls, and legs while you're already sick and just trying to make a little breakfast? CONGRATULATIONS. THIS IS THE BLENDER YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! "What happened?" you ask. Oh, I'm happy to answer. THE BLENDER UNSCREWS ITSELF WHILE IT'S RUNNING. Yes. You read that correctly. The blender apparently believes in dismantling itself mid-operation, presumably because it, too, is sick of this arrangement. And before anyone asks: no, I did not forget to tighten it. I tightened it quite a bit. With the confidence of someone who naively believed that kitchen appliances were designed to remain in one piece while being used for their intended purpose. <3 I then spent AN HOUR cleaning sulfurous, turmeric-yellow goop off of my dishwasher, off my floor, off my wall, and off my actual legs. My kitchen now looks like a failed science experiment, my house smells like a demon laid an egg, and I'm still sick. All I wanted was breakfast. Instead, I got an impromptu deep-cleaning session, a potential security deposit forfeiture, a sudden case of highlighter leg, and what I can only describe as a personal attack from a countertop appliance. FINAL VERDICT: Not my favorite experience. But if your dream is to cover yourself in snot-textured, sulfur-scented yellow goo while questioning every decision that led you to this moment, then by all means, treat yourself. This blender isn't just a kitchen appliance. It's an escape room. The room is your kitchen. The escape is financial. And you will not be getting your deposit back.

It’s worth the price sure, all I need is a blender to make smoothies with minimum ingredients so I wasn’t too picky with my search. The comments about the lid being so hard to take off made me a tad bit apprehensive, however I don’t have those same struggles. When I first started using the blender I didn’t put the lid on correctly given I was scared I would struggle to take it off, however I decided to see for myself and it wasn’t hard at all. However the blades itself, I’m not too impressed. Dare I say the blades kind of suck. I put oats, bananas, and protein powder in my smoothies with almond milk, every single smoothie I’ve made so far had banana chunks in it. And despite me using bananas for my smoothies, I don’t like them. So having chunks in a smoothie I’m trying to chug isn’t really ideal. I like that it’s glass, it comes apart easily so the cleaning is a walk in the park during broad daylight as a man. Functions are self explanatory and work, it’s kind of loud but if a neighbor comes complaining they’re listening too hard. Loud enough to wake a sleeping baby not loud enough to penetrate the walls of a house nor apartment. Anywho, it’s a nice size I leave it on my counter and despite this review sounding pretty negative I do enjoy having a blender and I do plan to continue using it. Just without the bananas… yuck.

The product reached totally damaged as in broken in pieces. Have returned the same and asked for a refund.

I've used this blender more or less on a daily basis with frozen fruits and vegetables for about two months. I knew that I would be getting a lot of use out of it, and have had experience with both low end blenders (always disappointing) and high end blenders (from working at a smoothie making business), and was a little bit hesitant to purchase one at this price point, rather than investing in a higher end, more powerful one. However, I was happily surprised by both the quality and easy of use of this blender. It has a very solid glass jar (I've had bad experiences with cracks in the jars of cheaper plastic blenders). It also comes apart for easy cleaning and can go in the dishwasher. It's so easy to clean and used so frequently in my household that I rarely need to put it in the dishwasher unless I'm in a rush. The motor may not be as powerful as some more high end blenders, but as long as you make sure to start with a liquid base, it has no trouble blending frozen foods. The only caveat that I have is that, about a month into use, my unit started leaking. At first, I thought it was because I was putting it back together incorrectly, but then I noticed a small crack in the plastic/rubber ring in the cutter assembly. After wondering how difficult it would be to get the part replaced, I continued using it for a few weeks, but finally made the call to the Hamilton Beach office in Canada today. The real reason that I had to post this review was the pleasant and quick service that I got while making that call. All I had to do was give them the product model/series and describe the part that was affected. There was no fuss about proof or purchase or anything else. The new part is free because of the 3 year warranty and they charged me $5 for shipping (which I knew I would be paying anyway because of the clear warranty policy). It should arrive within 7-10 days. When you purchase a product that is not so high end, you sometimes worry about the service that you'll receive if any problems come up. I will not hesitate to purchase similar products from Hamilton Beach in the future if they have such an easy to access warranty service.

Este producto lo compre para casa pero no es muy funcional, ya que esta diseñado para hacer FRAPES o ese tipo de alimentos, si lo que buscas es para hogar y comida, no te va a servir mucho, porque NO muele muy bien para salsas, o pures, en fin comida del hogar. si lo que quieres son FRAPPES entones es la ideal, funciona muy bien, el producto si lo dice su descripcion que esta hecho para ese tipo de productos.

The worst blender ever!!! The blades are so small and short that they can't really cut or chop the fruit or veggies. I am so disappointed at this blender.
