My sweet tooth is happy too. I have enjoyed it direct from package in its entirety, or have nibbled on it over the course of day. I have also tried it broken up over hot oats. I took one bite and thought I had bitten into a mud bar. I guess it was the chia seeds mixed with the strawberry seeds(not a fan of seeds). Slowly the flavor of strawberry and apples came through, but that mud feeling stayed. Once I knew what I was getting into, the rest of the mud bars WERNT so bad. But at $3.- a piece (2"Γ—5"Γ—1/2") $15-$18 a box. I'm sorry to say I've switched back to my Choc. Broownie Clif bars half again bigger, double the protein, 1/3 the price. Just cant justify spending that much money on a light snack that provides Some energy.
