Do these pans stack inside each other

Yes they do. They are tall so the lids fit inside was pan before stacking the next one. We use these in our camper van so I do wish they were a bit smaller but otherwise they do the job.

Are these compatible with an induction hob?

Stainless steel so think they would work on any heat
