Advantus Proximity Card Vertical Badge Holders (75451)

I bought these to use as tags on storage items. They are perfect for the job. The vinyl is thick, clear, flexible, and heavy-duty. They look and feel like they will stand up to reasonable abuse for a long time. They are large enough to use labels with large, easy-to-read print containing full descriptions of the contents. And they're dirt cheap (assuming no price increases), but only in price. The quality is outstanding. One reviewer downgraded their rating because the packages only contained 49 badges instead of the advertised 50. I didn't count mine but considering the low price vs high quality, it's still a bargain.

These were perfect for what I needed them for! I had about 200 kids that needed badges for summer camp and these were perfect. They aren't as thick as I expected but still did the job well. They also allow sweat and water in, not something I looked for when purchasing but an issue we had. I would definitely purchase this again.

I usually buy these at my office building but they are ~$1.50 and when I checked last week they didn't have the flexible plastic ones with the opening for a lanyard clip - they were designed to clip directly onto your clothing. I didn't want that. They are flexible plastic so they won't last forever. For $0.20 each, that's ok. This pack will last me until I retire. Note this: the holder is designed so when you put it on the lanyard or chain, you can't easily take the card out. this is because the slot for the lanyard is on both pieces of plastic forming the holder - so you have to remove it from the lanyard. Since I take my cards out daily, this was a problem. Easily solved - I cut off the very top of one side and put the lanyard through the slot on the other side. For 13% of the price, the 2 seconds it takes is well worth it.

These are pretty good individually, but as a group they tend to stick to each other. You can slide anything license, credit card, or business card size inside, and if it needs to be removed, I have yet to see any ink transfer on the inside of the badge holder. I use these to hold all of my EMS certifications on a caribeeer type holder to my belt loop, and it works just fine, and should anything get on them, they wipe right off. Despite being occasionally pulled on, yanked on, and sat on, I have never had one rip off at the top or break on me. When they do stick together, they pull right apart with no weird sticky residue or anything like that left behind, and they have remained crystal clear despite being left in the heat of my car ( hanging from the review mirror) when not on my belt for a very long time with no melting. I also keep my license in one, when it is not on my belt, and it still fits inside the license holder in my wallet and slides out with no issues.

I bought these for a VBS event. The plastic was heavy duty and great quality. We didn't have any problems with the holders ripping or falling apart. The ink also didn't stick to the inside of the plastic. It's been over a year since we used them and I still see parents with them attached to their diaper bags and they still look practically new. With the right attachment, these would make a great name tag holder for anyone.

This is my second time purchasing these badge holders. Mainly because I keep them at my desk at work and they have become so popular around our office. Everyone loves them! Our work does provide hard plastic badge holders but the badge insert is on the side and everything slips out. With these, the clamp on the top holds everything in securely. Plastic is very durable. I know I will be buying these again when my current pack runs out. The picture I attached is my badge holder that I've been using for 5 months. Still in great shape.

these work great. i once stepped on my name badge while engaging in some office sports and my neckband that holds this broke, not the plastic. i chose this design because there is no way for your badge to fall out unless your clip is undone and the holder is also turned upside down. much more secure than other styles, imo. also, it protects the entire badge, meaning you can put it in your pocket and not worry about your photo rubbing off or something.

These were purchased to make key card holders for our destination wedding, great price and great quality, just not perfect for what we had hoped to use it for. It is not the style to easily get something in and out of the holder. This particular style is meant to hold and keep hold of whatever is put into it. So if you are looking for one to keep whatever you need inside this is perfect. I will still be using these, but making a minor adjustment so that the hotel key can be easily taken in and out of the holder without too much effort.

Not the highest quality badge holder ever. However, quantity in the value here more than quality.
