Can this set be used on concrete?

I don't think that I would use them on concrete..I would think that they would shatter the balls..They are made kinda like a bowling ball.I have had a set that was more rubber coated, these are not.

Does this set come with a measuring device?

No, mine didn't even come with a Palino (the white ball).

Does it come with directions?

There was a printed "object and rules of Bocce" with my set, but was in poor condition. I am hoping a PDF version can be made available.
