(was actually able to connect before I was done with osx install!) This card will natively work with 10.6 - 10.11 osx! I paired it with this item http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Q751BA?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8 and they worked like a dream. The person selling that pci adapter is from the US and shipping was really fast. The seller of this atheros card was from the US too, (cali i believe) and was super nice.all you have to do is take the shield off the pci e adapter, attach the antenna cables, slide the atheros into the pci adapter, screw on the antennas and plug it in your new customac, super fast speed.
