It comes with a flip cover which sticks with it. The solar panel is a real one. It doesn't have a power off button as it turns off automatically but inside it's pcb board has the power off button along with a reset button but they are not implemented. Delivery was within promised timeline. My unit has a dent below the + button, but it's nothing noticable.
