This stuff helps my kid a great deal. We do one full sachet a day with a full bottle of water. It usually takes a couple days for things to get moving, but so far he doesn't cramp up and it comes nice and easy.

Update: I LOVE the new packaging single individual smaller packs makes it easier to store and open. Before there were two stuck together and more then once I would accidentally rip both trying to separate them so thank you for changing that!!!
