Sprouted Organic Hard White Wheat Flour, 5 lb

Bought this for bread baking. Flavor was very good, dough was a little to sticky, so adjustments are needed.

This flour is worth the money. It makes great tasting and healthy bread (I use Anthony's quick yeast 1 1/2 packages). I love the nutty quality and the nutrition that sprouted wheat provides. It makes a thick crust and a mix between chewy and crumbly bread. Great with butter or peanut butter. Requires a sharp bread knife as all Dutch oven made breads require.

I mix this about 1/4 to half of the flour in my bread recipe. Has a mild flavor, makes the loaf soft and a bit more dense. Way softer than expected.

This is a good flour! I plan to order more. I have ordered from To your health flour co for years but recently they closed their business. Wanted the same quality. This is it.

Fresh. High quality. Tasty. Better for digestion. I cut my AP flour 1/2 with this and got some amazing baked goods.

The box containing the two bags of flour was very difficult to open and impossible to fold for recycling without butting it into smaller pieces. The flour must be poured into another container since the bags it arrived in are too small to use for measuring out multiple cups of flour. The flavor it adds to bread is minimal; it should be more noticeable in the baked loaf. I strongly recommend that you find another seller of sprouted white flour.
