Like drinking liquid cheap ice cream

Like drinking liquid cheap ice cream. If that's your thing, you'll like them. I don't. However, they do the job - my motivation is that after I hit my target weight, I'll never have to drink them again, unless I put weight on again. That being so, I have ordered more. Note that they are to be mixed with milk or an equivalent, and you really need a blender to avoid lumps - whisking with a fork won't do it.
