Has a hint of sweetness
The ginger is great and comes as a good portion per jar. Taste wise it’s much sweeter than what you’re used to. Maybe because it’s organic or due to the sort. Just know it’s not what you’d expect, but works amazingly well with some dishes.

Awful flavour and texture
Nasty nasty flavour and texture! It’s too soft and SWEET! Blah :( was hoping it was good but tastes nothing how I like sushi ginger to taste no crunch it’s horrible

Not to impressed
Box was found like this, soggy and damaged. All jars had popped with all liquid poured out. I've eaten one jar and will just have to eat them all asap. It taste lovely but yer didn't plan on eating all 3 jars pronto.

Why adding sugar to this healthy item
It's organic, seemingly healthy. It would be a great product if there was no added sugar :(
