Our products were sent to Germany for GHMT Type Approval and approved to meet Cat 8 standard (ISO/IEC 11801-1 Ed.1.0 (2017-11). Later this year (2018), we will start proving Fluke VSX-8000 Cat 8 Channel certified data cables to our Amazon customers. We don’t have Cat8 patch cords yet, as The Fluke has not made the adapters to certify Cat8 patch cord. We hope this answered your question. **Q: Will this connector work on cat8.2 cable?** A: Yes. It supports all current and future Cat8 with up to 22AWG. Be aware that many advertised Cat8.2 cables failed to meet the standard in our lab test. Please make sure the factory has certificate from GHMT or other testing facilities. **Q: Dear ma''am/sir, do you have faceplatel/ wallplate 86mm 1 port fit with linkup cat8 keystone jack. sincerely, khalid** A: If I read your question correctly, any keystone Jack by Linkup will fit keystone faceplates is any size. I do use keystone faceplates and the Linkup Jack fits perfectly. **Q: How long is the assembled plug?** A: An assembled plug is approximately 66mm long, but keep in mind that the cable used is very stiff and requires about 80mm total clearance between the face of the jack and any obstacles [by the way, I think I posted an image with my review that shows a close-quarters installation to give everyone an idea of the clearances that I'm referring]. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best there is fore copper wire ethernet *by on Reviewed in the United States January 23, 2020* Overall this is a high quality product from cat 8 cable to the crimper it all works and us the easiest to insrallPros :Everything this company makes is good. All worksFuture proofingEasyCons.priceDo you really need cat 8 to play xbox. Absolutely notOther thoughtsIf you want to run ethernet I recommend this. Until companies go full fiber to my knowledge 40gbs if the fastest by copper wire. I only use a 100th of it but with low cross talk I have noticed slight improvement in gaming. And no connection error after hard wiring everything I could.I have a small house (about 1200sf) I installed cat 8 in every bedroom and living room with linkup keystone Jack's and field connectors. It costed a little bit but worth every penny if you have the mentality of higher price equals higher product. Then this is your product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rein a dire *by on Reviewed in France February 1, 2020* pince de serrage indispensable pour le serrage les connecteurs catégorie 8 . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good tool *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom November 13, 2024* Closed the keystones down tight.
