Brain Games - Criminal Mind Puzzles

Love these brain games books. Fun to work with.

I got this from my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. Though some of the puzzles are similar in nature they do have different characters and do not repeat though the question styles are somewhere. Absolute great gift for someone who loves crime puzzles and all those CSI fans!

Fun puzzles, some are pretty easy though. Decent variety, some memory games, cryptograms, logic puzzles, "check the alibi", etc. Good for waiting rooms/doctors appointments/sick days. I do not like the spiral bound as much even though it gives the book a more expensive feel, the pages can sometimes fall off the binding or the metal for the spiral binding can get bent causing the pages to get torn if you're not extra careful turning the pages.

Perfect to keep my retired wife entertained.

It's probably sometimes 5 Star, but for what I was hoping for, I'm disappointed. Even if I wanted this style and your 4 of book, the task and images are repetitive.

I saw this advertised on Facebook. it looks interesting and i thought it would be fun to do, i sometimes watch those crime shows and see if i can guess who did it. i find it interesting.

Ceases to be interesting after the first couple of pages. Code cracking puzzles can be challenging, but the rest are fairly easy.

I bought this thinking I’d be solving cold cases by dinner time. Instead, I spent forty-five minutes trying to figure out who stole a lawn gnome in Chapter One. This book is an absolute blast! It’s the perfect mix of "I’m a genius" and "Wait, let me read that again." If you like true crime but don't want to actually leave your couch or deal with fingerprints, this is for you. My brain feels 10% more criminal already. 10/10, would definitely "investigate" again.
