Have been using these for the past two years. It has 50 mg of regular caffeine and 50 mg extended release for a total of 100 mg. I like taking it in the morning to get my going, and has added benefit of keeping me regular if you get what I mean ;) I don’t feel a huge crash when the effects wear off, and it usually keeps me going throughout my workday (9-5). Highly recommend. As for appetite suppression I would assume the caffeine helps the most with that. Not sure if it boosts metabolism per se, as I’ve been using it more as a caffeine pill since it seems to work better than others ive tried.

So far product is working out great. No side effects like with others I have tried. Staying in the bathroom which is horrible when at work. Gives me a boost most definitely worth a try

Y'all! I can't even begin to express how happy I have been with this product. I take one capsule in the morning when I'm getting ready for work and it has been life changing. I have energy to get through my entire day WITHOUT needing coffee. I have not experienced any adverse effects with this product either. No palpitations, nausea, etc... It also gives me enough energy to WANT to go to the gym and kill my workout after I get off of work AND if that isn't enough this supplement teamed up with exercise and being more mindful of my diet I have healthily lost about 10lbs in the past 2.5 weeks. It is great and I would recommend to anybody who feels like they need a little kick start with their lifestyle change!

The first week of taking the product was great, no side effects. But after a while everytime I took it made me very nauseas in the morning followed by diahreah. I'm going to try and take 1 pill instead of 2 to see if that helps. I do think it works tho in suppressing appetite through out the day. I haven't lost a whole lot of weight being on it but I'm sure if I exercised and ate right I would lose more.

Honestly I didn't think they were doing much at all, but after the first week I guess they kicked in and they are total appetite suppressants. I lost about 10 lbs the first month because I had no appetite and I was eating healthier foods in general, with the occasional cheat meal once or twice a week. I am on my second bottle and will probably keep taking these. I do not think they give energy or focus really, but maybe because I already had energy and focus? I am staying up later at night though. SO who knows. But these have helped me !!

I was excited to try this fat-burner because I take the Balance capsules and love them. I was hoping this product would have the same quality as the Balance pills. They don’t work if you plan on using them to stay energized throughout the day. The first time I took it it, I felt energized and focused for about 6 hours. I began using it about three times a week (one capsule) before working out in the mornings. After about a week of taking it, the effects began lasting only 4 hours. I still needed a cup of coffee or another dose of the fat-burner in the afternoon to make it through the day because I would crash hard when the effects wore off. I will not be purchasing another bottle. It just isn’t worth the money or hype. It she’s the same effects as a regular cup of coffee.

I started taking Balance and decided to see what else this brand had to offer. I saw really great reviews for it on the website and decided to give it a try. I didn't see much of a difference until I started taking two a day, one before breakfast and one before my workout. I have seen a big different in how much I sweat and burn calories during my workout!
