I ordered these capsules to prevent a recurrence of very painful kidney stones. But when using any preventive treatment, it's impossible to know its effectiveness. Although I haven't had a recurrence of kidney stones, I can't know whether I would have experienced another episode if I hadn't used this or a similar product. So, it all comes down to having peace of mind. This supplement has increased my peace of mind and has not resulted in any unpleasant side effects. Plus, it appears to be a high-quality product made by a reputable nutritional supplement company. And, for me, that is a substantial benefit in itself. I recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their well-being and prevent urinary tract problems.

Larger size is better value. Take for UTI prevention.

This product seems to be helping with keeping my UTI’s at bay. Being I am 84, it seems that I am constantly having a problem. Been taking since NOV and so far so good.No side effects.

Good product

I started using these 3 years ago because I kept getting constant UTI's. Since using these, I've only gotten ONE (compared to monthly) and that was because I was pregnant and surviving water nausea. I only take one capsule for maintenance, and it is wonderful. The pill is slim and doesn't get stuck in your throat like other brands (I made the mistake of purchasing too late and am currently stuck with one that make me want to gag!) There is not taste or smell to these capsules, and I can't recommend them enough.

Easy to take and good quality.

This is helpful for UTI prevention. Comes in a glass bottle and is organic. I will purchase again at 500 mg.
