It was likely a return, but it arrived completely fine, all parts included, no issues, cheaper price. I already own two other turquoise stools and two white dining chairs from this company. This stool and all the others are comfortable (for a plastic chair—be realistic people), and the seat is big enough for a variety of butt sizes. The back has a bit of flexibility, which I find adds to comfort level. These days, my 7 year old kid sits on this stool doing her “distance learning” and she tells me she likes the ring on the stool legs for her feet. I love this style of chair. Love the color options.
