So the product which i received is absolutely in fine condition. However there is no senser seal on the top of the box. Though the product is genuine. So i suggest you to buy it from blueship.Second is the courier partner is delhivery(kolkata), so they are very accurate with there tracking procedure. So you won't face any problem with that. I received the package within 8 business days.Pros:-1. Sound clarity is more then owsome for this tiny little earbuds, which costs around 2500rs. It can compete with samsung buds in terms of sound quality(i have checked it). I use sony MDR XB55AP(wired) as well which costs me around 2100 but i can say that this is better then my sony.2. Bass is excellent in this earbuds. Dont trust those comments, where is mentioned that the bass is not good. You would feel the punch. Am a basshead, still i love it.3. It has impackeble looks. Every one will ask what earphones you have. Even though the charging case look sexy.4. Very light weight and keeps a hold in you ear. You won't feel that there is any headphone in your ear, believe me.5. Costs way lesser then any junk earbuds.6. Call quality is more then owsome. You won't face any issue at all while taking a call in silent atmosphere.7. With the full charge (case and earbuds) you will get 15 to 17 hrs music time. Not an issue at all.Cons:-1. Noise cancellation is not upto the mark. I would say that it could have been better. Like while taking the call the other person was not able to hear anything. Though it was a quite noisy place. But the noise cancellation is horrible while taking calls in bus or in any noisy place.2. Bluetooth range is quite bad. Less then 4 ft you won't face any problem . but after that it would start getting static sounds.3. Though the case looks good. But if you place it in you pocket, you would feel uncomfortable.4. We have warranty of 1 year but it is of no use as it is an china product.5. The big con is the earbud tips are not made of good quality rubber. So it would not give you the proper isolation. And if you do not get that. You would not get to enjoy the true power of these earbuds. So what i did is i replaced the tips with my sony's tips. And the combination is perfect.IMPORTANT:- When i researched about this earbuds, i got to listen that it has connectivity issue. But honestly i have not faced yet.Conclusion:-I will blindly tell you to get this piece of art. It will be worthy.DONT LISTEN TO THOSE PERSONS WHO WANTS A BOSE LIKE SOUND IN 2400 RS PRODUCT. It is quite natural that if you usually listen to Bose or sony or skullcandy or apple which costs more then 15000. There Were so many earbuds but nothing matched the sound quality and looks i was seeking according to reviews. I finally stumbled on these earbuds. First thing i loved the look of them (really classy) i then read a few reviews which spoke really high of them look wise and performance. I was still skeptical about the name SENCER since there were so many other brands which i knew about. Did a thorough research on you tube and was convinced about them. Ordered them from Amazon and received the package on time. i thought if i didn't like the performance i would return them back and find something else. Opened the package and was astonished at the sheer beauty of these buds. Now was the real audio test. Turned them on and gave them a listen.Here is my review of these earbuds.1 Looks are Fantastic and crafted beautifully.2 Very easy to handle & the fit was perfect, charging time was around 2 hours. You get around 3 recharges on a full charge of the case. Playtime is around 3 hours i say minimum with each recharge (listening at 70% volume)3 Noise isolation in very good with the earbuds on nothing to complain about.4 The Sound Quality simply blew me away so accurate (treble mids and bass) i'm a little of a bass head & read some reviews which said bass was enough. I strongly disagree with this. Play some good recordings with a lot of bass and you will get all the bass you need without interfering with the rest of the spectrum . Wow did i make the right choice with regard to SENCER and never gonna return them. The only thing i had to do was to tweak my phone equaliser to my taste which wasn't a big hassle and had it done in minutes.My final views about these earbuds is that you simply can't fault them for any reason be it looks performance and ease of use.
