Shatchi 40 m British Union Jack Bunting 100 Triangle Flag Banner Party Decoration 130 Ft

I recently bought the Shatchi 40m British Union Jack bunting for a party, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The 100 triangle flags stretched out to cover a large area (about 130 feet), and it made a big visual impact. The colors were vibrant, and the print was clear — it definitely added a festive, patriotic touch to the decorations. It held up well outdoors too, even with a bit of wind. Overall, I was really happy with the quality and length for the price. Perfect for our VE Day street party event or any British-themed celebration!

Great to hang up on anything when we want to pay tribute to and thank our armed forces for keeping us safe, year round as well as on all the important anniversaries. Ours is up permanently, along with a World set, to thank all allies for their parts in conflicts past too and so that nobody makes the mistake of thinking we are making some kind of racist statement.

Not suitable for long term use as the colour comes off when wet.

I had bought this same bunting previously for the queens jubilee and it was perfect. So I re ordered the same bunting. I am housebound disabled and I had hired a handyman to put it all up for me and so he opened the packages and promptly attached them to the house. After he had completed decorating the house I came out to have a look and I was absolutely miffed to find that somewhere down the line someone had either scrunched them up to get them into the packaging or someone had somehow crumpled them in either storage or transit. But they looked bad and it wasn't possible to fix them. I as they were already attached to the house (knotted onto brackets) it wasn't possible to return them and I neither had the time to order a new set nor did i really have the funds to hire the handyman to take them down a d return to put up the new set when they came. So i am very disappointed and disheartened with what I was expecting to be a lovely sight of celebrational decorations. I cannot remove any stars because I don't believe it was the manufacturers issue and if it wasn't, then they don't deserve the lower rating. But it really has dampened the mood and left me with an eyesore instead of a lovely display of joy.

It was good to be able to get a 40 metre length of bunting (so no hassle of tying smaller lengths together) which I used to decorate my front garden for the weekend of King Charles' Coronation. I only used it for 3 days, so can't really comment on its sturdiness or durability but, being plastic, it was fine in the rain and didn't tear during the occasional bursts of windy weather (I live in a coastal location). I've now folded it away (it still looks like new) ready for the next occasion warranting Union Jack bunting!

Like everyone else celebration the Jubilee, I wanted to decorate my fence. It looked great the day I put it up, but that was it! The flags stick to themselves when wet and the colour comes off. Some of my fence now has Union Jack print on it. Sad it only looked nice for one day I really wanted to join in with my neighbours, decorating our street

Great item. Had the entire length draped and wrapped around outside railings and it withstood the rigours of the weather (especially the wind) for over a week. Good value for our VE Day party.

I mean I did order a big length, but these could have gone around the entire house! Good quality, too!

Flags were placed too far apart. I ended up doubling it up by folding in half.
