These work very well! Use them to block out snoring or TV when I need to rest. My mom used a pair while we were on vacation together and she liked them better than the ear plugs she usually uses-she said they were softer/more comfortable, and blocked out more noise. probably one of the more comfortable ear plugs I've tried, but are not that effective. blocks out white noise, but not much else (still hear snoring and tv even at low volumes) EDIT: added an extra star because i have been using them and i am getting decent sleep with them. it still does not have the noise reduction i hoped for, but it is apparently enough to ignore my husbands snoring even though i can still hear quite a bit of it. i have been falling asleep with them no problem and they stay in all night, even as a side sleeper. no irritation to the ears. i get about five nights per pair before replacing them, as they lose that shape-retaining squishiness and it becomes harder to insert over time (one of my ear openings is wonky apparently, making it difficult to insert if it stops keeping its shape before putting in.)

Great ear plugs! In a house with multiple dogs barking early in the morning to people shouting through the shared walls late at night, these genuinely have given me so much more peace of mind. They work well enough that I almost can’t hear family coming into my room. Helped me get some more peaceful sleep and overall just help tune out a lot of home noise. 1 pair can go a long way if you take care of them even tho they’re probably more for a 1 time use but I’m just being economical. I used one pair for a week and had no problems. Once I run out I’ll definitely buy more for when I need to just put the world on mute for a bit. Best couple bucks I’ve spent.

I have been wearing these to sleep for over 10 years. They are comfy. You need to put them in correctly (roll them tight into a small cylinder and then quickly lift the top of your ear up with you other hand going over the top of your head, and then insert them, a bit downward). Then pull them back out just a little so they aren't in too tight. And wait for them to fill back up to full size. If they are in too tight they make your ears ache after a while. But you don't want them so loose they fall out. They don't fully block every noise. You will still hear loud snoring (quite a bit more muffled though) or a kid crying. But it muffles all small noises well, and if you are already asleep, it helps keep someone's snoring from waking you back up. I love them! Recently I tried a different similar foam one because I was out and we had this other brand at the house. And I was surprised how different the other ones were. They weren't as comfy or well fitting for me, and didn't block the noise as well. So these ones really are my favorite. I have tried all sorts of gimmicky sleep ones also, they never seem as comfy to me.

So these work okay. The material does not stay in your ears. It does not seal so as for comfort yes and no. You can definitely still hear though them and they are not suitable for concerts.
