Dell XPS 9380 Laptop, 13.3" FHD (1920x1080), Intel Core 8th Gen i7-8565U, 8GB RAM, 256GB Solid State Drive, Windows 10 Home

I bought this laptop a couple of months back and so far, it’s been working perfectly well. The only thing I didn’t anticipate would be a problem is that it has no hdmi port and has only usb c type ports instead of the regular usb. This is more inconvenient than I thought. But overall, it’s pretty good for the price. If you can afford it, I’d recommend to go for the touch screen version. My friend bought it recently and it’s pretty good!

i use it for zoom meetings and email and general browsing. the mouse wants to wander a bit.. as time has gone on, have had to buy an external mouse. and sometimes the size of the items on the screen will suddenly get larger or smaller without my making changes. still working on finding the answer to this. i really like the size, weight and the kb.. it is doing what i need to have done. the warranty expired in april 2020, rather than one year from purchase. that is definitely not correct. amazon is not helping. the company charged HALF the purchase price for restocking and may resell it as working when it is not a good working pc at all. i will Not recommend this company!

Phenomenal battery life and a highly responsive system. This is easily the nicest laptop I have ever used.

I purchased my current Dell XPS 9380 2019 Model on October 14, 2019. It has been less than a year of me working on this unit, and I remain deeply frustrated.This laptop is my second dell XPS 13. My introduction to the brand was the Dell XPS 13 9343 2015 model. I loved the 5-year relationship we had and was hoping to get another five years with my current unit. At the rate of deterioration, it doesn't look like I will make it to two years.What I like about Dell XPS 9380 2019 Model:1. Good quality build,2. Love the keyboard and trackpad,3. Love the size,4. I cannot believe that a laptop with such a high spec keeps on crashing when doing presentations and working on word processing.Almost every time I do a presentation online, the laptop will freeze and restart. I am deeply frustrated at the number of times I have lost work due to this issue of the laptop crashing. It's so unprofessional to apologise to a client in a meeting while waiting for the laptop to restart. I cringed when it happens for the second time with the same client.Dell keeps on saying its a Microsoft issues. Microsoft keeps on saying its a hardware issue. I am tired and feel like I have parted with too much money to find myself in such a precarious situation.As a user, I expect the hardware to work seamlessly with the software. This time it looks like MS and Dell didn't get it right on this laptop. I am a lifelong Dell user, and this is the first time I am considering the Macbook Pro. I deeply regret buying this laptop because of its performance and multiple crashes. I do not want to see this blue screen anymore.Dell - Please help me. You keep on saying "Dell. Purely You." But I feel that this technology is not allowing me to be the best version of myself.
