This is a nice chair. Quality and comfort are spot on. Delivery was great, 4 days early. Big truck with a lift gate. A bit pricey, yes, but I've seen this type chair at about $3900. I've been wanting one of these, this is a good one.

We bought 2 of these chairs (a small for me and a large for my husband) after trying out many of this general style in furniture stores. I think it’s important to sit in one before you order because size is important. A nice feature of this particular brand is a head rest pillow that can easily be adjusted up and down. They were delivered on schedule. Although the box on one was in really bad shape after its cross country trip, the chair Inside was not damaged.

We purchased one large and one small chair in Havana Dark Brown Leather and Cherrywood. We love them both! Having two sizes was important as my wife and I are different heights and most chairs are two tall for her to be comfortable. Also key, the headrest pillow is adjustable to prevent it from being too high or too low. We had a number of emails with the seller about specific chair details prior to committing to the purchase and were amazed at their responsiveness. The chairs arrived very quickly (considering they had to cross the country) and in perfect condition. By far the most comfortable we have owned. Would buy them again if the need arises.

I like the chair I purchased but the wood color was not what I was expecting. The cherry finish is very, very orange and nothing like real cherry. I will take my chair all apart to refinish it a different color.

We found the chair uncomfortable and retuned it, after the fact learning we were charged $695 for the return, much more than the 20% restocking fee listed in the policy. Wish they would have been clear about return costs. Don’t buy the chair unless you know 100% you will keep it. We found it uncomfortable, and we felt more so about $695 return fees.
