Review: Perfect device for our purposes. Must-have for us. - This reminder device has helped us immensely. Some have had difficulties setting it up, which I can understand after having done so. But what made it very easy for me (and I set up 4 alarms on the first try) was the Set-up Video available by the Seller on the desertcart item's page. I watched and stopped the video at every step with the device in hand. If I didn't understand a step, I backed up the video and watched it again. I never looked at the printed instructions that came with the device, but I am definitely saving them for future reference. Working GREAT for us: 8am, 12noon, 4pm, and 8pm. Alarm lasts 60 seconds, and is an appropriate sound level. Can be silenced by pressing the middle button. Very grateful to have this device.

**Q: How do you turn off the alarms.  I only need to use alarms 1-5, is there a way to disable the other 3 alarms from going off.**
A: You can’t turn them off but by not setting them for a time they will not alarm. I only used 4 alarms & simply didn’t set the others.

**Q: Is there a specific button to turn it off?**
A: The center button will stop the alarm from beeping.

**Q: Can this be retuned if the alarm isn’t loud enough for my husband?**
A: You should be able to return through amazon for any reason.

**Q: How do I set the alarm to 00:00 as I’ve created a fifth alarm in error?**
A: You should be @ble to set the alarm at 00:00, but if it won’t try setting it for 00:01.

### ⭐ Waste of time, money and effort.

Do not waste your money or time with this pill reminder unless you live for frustration. The process for setting time and alarms is tedious at best. Once operational, merely touching the wrong button can change your presets or render your alarms inoperative. Extremely frustrating to enter your settings due to the fact that the buttons tend to stick and not allow inputs. The one I purchased is currently residing in the trash bin after an unscheduled rapid disassembly upon landing; please see photo of the results of URD.
