I use it in my smoothies, when making sugar free jello, add it to mashed potatoes, into my homemade protein ice cream, and anything else I can think of! It has no taste, doesn't add texture like others I've tried, and doesn't really alter the foods I add it to. Jello is a little cloudy since the mixture isn't clear but it tastes great! All I can suggest is to not add it directly to hot items. Either let it cool before you add the powder or mix it with cold items (cold water, milk, etc) before you add it to the hot item, or blend it all before it's heated up (like in pasta sauce).
