Finished installing this a couple of hours ago. I have to say the pan looks and feels to made of the highest quality. Thicker than the original pan so hopefully no more worries about the pan warping. I DID NOT use the gasket that came with the pan. I use LUBELOCKER part # A999 reusable gasket. It fits the TJ. Had it up in a few hours and zero leaks. It took 6 quarts of ATF+4. My only gripe is for the seller....the pan does not come as the described, It comes in black. So if the matte black coloration doesn't bother you I would recommend to order this for your Jeep. I apologize for the sideways picture, Amazon won't let it upload right side up.Vehicle Information1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport4.0l / 32RH 3 speed automatic transmission

The black color was a nice surprise compared to the picture on the amazon.  The pan is heavier gauge than I expected and the gasket seems to be a quality rubber gasket.  What gets me, and most items are this way, someone carelessly scratches the item after time and money is spent to paint the items.  How about spending a few more pennys on wrapping the item after paint to protect the finish.  Overall nice upgrade.

Just got it today, haven't installed it yet.  I'll update after install.  It's not the color posted, it's black.  I actually prefer the black color, it also has the decal protected...you have to peel off the covering after install (nice touch).  The instructions are pretty worthless unless you know what you're doing, but if you are ordering this, you should be ok.
