Needs nothing but water to be added.
So easy to make these potatoes. I'd call them mashed potatoes but apparently because they also include a milk product and other items it's not proper. That doesn't mean I haven't been buying this for several years. This is my third box of these and it is large. Well able to be made in just a few minutes. No more smashing potatoes after oil in them for a long time. No more adding milk. Not even a need add salt. My lady says use taste just like KFC's. I don't know about that but I do know that they taste great and when she is got an upset stomach this is all she can eat. Love them.

This is my second purchase of these. We really love them. They are easy to whip up. Taste wonderful. Makes great potato cakes, too. My hubby likes them better than fresh mashed potatoes, as a matter of fact they were his suggestion.
