Really great taste and the clear version of the noodles are gluten free! It comes with regular seasoning, an oil packet, and some spicy optional seasoning which has a image of a pepper on it. I like that they give you the option of whether to make it spicy or not! Seasoning is very flavorful and savory, with a nice slight oniony taste. The only two things I would keep in mind are it's VERY high in salt content, so you wouldn't want to eat more than one of these in a day. For the rice noodle texture it is a little "starchy" so the texture is a little 'rougher' and 'dryer' than your typical noodle texture. Other than that I think it's worth trying! Definitely a good choice if you are limited in your diet choices and you want a little bit of new variety!

Takes a little more time to prepare than instant ramen, but love the rice noodles. Can't use the spicy packets...too spicy for me, but substitute it with chicken or beef bouillon.

Mama ramen company doesn't disappoint! Delicious garlic flavor, these ones are hands down my favorite great texture, excellent flavor, and a great value. Top em with your favorite ingredients to have a authentic asian feel. These noodles are filling and never disappoint.

Was looking for another gluten free alternative that I could whip up in a pinch. This soup fit the bill. They give you 3 packets & it's up to you if you want to overdose on salt, heat, & garlic. My happy place is to cut it all in half. The thing is, find your happy place. If I were 20 years younger, I'd dump it all in because it's all yummy. Already started adding a couple of slices of protein. Little piece of chicken or sirloin steak sliced up. Now we are into a tasty, full meal. It's good stuff, trust me. Stop worrying about MSG because you control the amount. It's like saying a plate of pasta is not good for you because you load it up with 75 meatballs & 9 sausages.
