I do love the idea. I love the eco-friendly packaging. I love the mission. I HATE the product. The more I used it the worse it got. It leaves a sticky/waxy film in your hair that increases with each use. Eventually I couldn't even get a wide tooth comb through my hair. This is particularly notable because I have fine, perfectly strait, chin length hair. It is extremely easy to comb or brush my hair, even when wet. Except it was nearly impossible after using this shampoo. A week after I stopped using it I still had residue.
