Lessiters Hand Finished Swiss Assorted Chocolate Truffles - 1x77

These were bought as a gift but I was able to taste the goodies. I will say I prefer a firmer filling, some of these were a bit gooey for my tastes. They were good value and good quality. They made a great gift for a chocolate lover and he liked the variety.

For several years now, I've been buy these for myself and others as gifts or just a luxurious treat for when I've needed a pick-me-up after a difficult week or month, and they never disappoint. On the whole the flavours are generally rather good and strong enough to shine through without being overpowering. However; for my taste, I find a couple of the truffle flavours (Cappuccino and Rum) can be a little too subtle. But as there are 11 flavours of truffle and the price is more than reasonable, this compramise is more than acceptable. To be absolutely honest, I find the chocolate that they use to be more pleasant and less of a sickly/sugary taste than say the likes of that used by Thorntons or Lindt.

Lovely, excellent quality, but functional, ugly, packaging.

Great chocs at a very competitive price. Bought as a gift and very well received.

They look good and taste great

Recipient hasn't finished the big box yet (!), but has texted that each choc is yum, and the whole lot are very prettily presented.

Would buy again!

I bought these for a friend's present, he reported that they were rather tasteless and not liked by his family.
