Very good you better start working out to put these F er on
If you're a light wait limp risk, you better start working out to put these on. These work really well, but they are a total pain in the a** to put on.

Great but there is a limit on how many wires you can put in them
I bought these for a small network job with about 20-30 CAT6 wires. They worked great in the drop ceiling. The only negative thing I can say is that some of them would slide a little down. I might be a good idea to run multiple j-hooks when you have more then10. That being said I am purchasing them again. Still works well for the area I am installing.

These are adequate for the intended purpose. I do find them significantly harder to install than the batwings used for EMT and MC. It would be nice if these came with spring clips - the slots are there.
